The analytics panel provides you with a complete view of your business performance with real-time metrics.
Access the dashboard
- In the side menu, under the Tools section, click on "Metrics"
- You'll see the main panel with all metrics
Main metrics (KPIs)
Total bookings
Number of bookings in the selected period.
- Includes all statuses
- Compares with previous period (↑ or ↓)
Revenue
Total sum of payments received.
- Only confirmed and completed bookings
- In your account's currency
Occupancy rate
Percentage of sun loungers booked vs available.
- Calculated per day
- Period average
Average ticket
Average amount per booking.
- Total revenue ÷ number of bookings
- Useful for evaluating pricing strategy
Cancellation rate
Percentage of cancelled bookings.
- Goal: keep below 10%
- High rate may indicate problems

Time evolution
Shows the trend of bookings and revenue over time.
- Daily, weekly, or monthly view
- Trend line
Distribution by status
Pie chart with the percentage of each status:
- Confirmed
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Pending
Distribution by zone
Compare performance of your different zones:
- Bookings per zone
- Revenue per zone
- Occupancy per zone
Distribution by hour
Shows when bookings are made:
- Peak booking hours
- Useful for staffing planning

Previous period
Each metric shows comparison with the same previous period:
- ↑ 15% means 15% more than before
