Analytics dashboard

Analyze your business performance with detailed metrics and charts

The analytics panel provides you with a complete view of your business performance with real-time metrics.

Access the dashboard

  1. In the side menu, under the Tools section, click on "Metrics"
  2. You'll see the main panel with all metrics

Main metrics (KPIs)

Total bookings

Number of bookings in the selected period.

  • Includes all statuses
  • Compares with previous period (↑ or ↓)

Revenue

Total sum of payments received.

  • Only confirmed and completed bookings
  • In your account's currency

Occupancy rate

Percentage of sun loungers booked vs available.

  • Calculated per day
  • Period average

Average ticket

Average amount per booking.

  • Total revenue ÷ number of bookings
  • Useful for evaluating pricing strategy

Cancellation rate

Percentage of cancelled bookings.

  • Goal: keep below 10%
  • High rate may indicate problems

Available charts

Time evolution

Shows the trend of bookings and revenue over time.

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly view
  • Trend line

Distribution by status

Pie chart with the percentage of each status:

  • Confirmed
  • Completed
  • Cancelled
  • Pending

Distribution by zone

Compare performance of your different zones:

  • Bookings per zone
  • Revenue per zone
  • Occupancy per zone

Distribution by hour

Shows when bookings are made:

  • Peak booking hours
  • Useful for staffing planning

Distribution by day of the week

Identify the most popular days:

  • Monday to Sunday
  • Helps adjust pricing

Distribution by period

Customer preferences:

  • Morning vs afternoon vs full day
  • Helps optimize the offer

Filter data

By date

  • Today: Current day metrics
  • This week: Last 7 days
  • This month: Current month
  • Custom range: Select specific dates

By zone

Filter to see only a specific zone.

Top performers

Most booked sun loungers

Ranking of sun loungers with the most bookings.

  • Identify the most popular ones
  • Consider adjusting prices

Frequent customers

Customers with the most bookings.

  • Loyalty opportunity
  • Consider special offers

Comparisons

Previous period

Each metric shows comparison with the same previous period:

  • ↑ 15% means 15% more than before
  • ↓ 10% means 10% less

Zones

Compare performance between zones:

  • Which generates more revenue?
  • Which has better occupancy?

Usage tips

  • Review weekly to detect trends
  • Compare months to see seasonality
  • Identify slow days to run promotions
  • Monitor cancellations to improve policies

Export data

Analytics data can be exported for external analysis. See Export data.
