Manage operators

Create users for your team with specific permissions based on their role

Operators are users on your team who can access the panel with limited permissions based on their function.

Available roles

Administrator (CLIENT_ADMIN)

Full access to all functions.

  • Zone and sun lounger management
  • Business configuration
  • Team management
  • Analytics and exports

Operator (CLIENT_OPERATOR)

Limited access based on assigned permissions.

  • Only sees permitted functions
  • Cannot change configuration
  • Ideal for field staff

Create an operator

  1. Go to SettingsTeam & AccountTeam
  2. Click on "+ Add operator"
  3. Complete the data:
    • Name
    • Email (will be their login username)
    • Temporary password
  4. Select permissions
  5. Click "Create"

The operator will receive an email with their credentials.

Permission presets

To facilitate configuration, there are predefined presets:

Check-in operator

Ideal for entrance staff.

  • ✅ View today's bookings
  • ✅ Scan QR codes
  • ✅ Mark check-in
  • ❌ Create/edit bookings
  • ❌ View analytics

Booking manager

For office or reception staff.

  • ✅ View all bookings
  • ✅ Create manual bookings
  • ✅ Edit bookings
  • ✅ Cancel bookings
  • ❌ System configuration

Read only

For supervisors or auditors.

  • ✅ View bookings
  • ✅ View analytics
  • ❌ Modify anything

Full operator

Almost everything except configuration.

  • ✅ All booking functions
  • ✅ Check-in
  • ✅ Analytics
  • ❌ Configuration
  • ❌ Team management

Custom

Define specific permissions as needed.

Edit permissions

  1. Go to SettingsTeam & AccountTeam
  2. Click on the operator
  3. Modify permissions
  4. Save changes

Changes apply immediately.

Deactivate an operator

  1. Go to SettingsTeam & AccountTeam
  2. Click on the operator
  3. Press "Deactivate"

The operator won't be able to access but their history is kept.

Reset password

  1. Go to SettingsTeam & AccountTeam
  2. Click on the operator
  3. Press "Reset password"
  4. An email with a new password will be sent

Best practices

  • Principle of least privilege: Only give necessary permissions
  • Review periodically: Remove access for employees who no longer work
  • Use presets: They facilitate management and are more secure
  • Strong passwords: Require changing the temporary password
