No. You pay a fixed monthly subscription based on the size of your business. Payment gateway fees (Stripe/Redsys), if you charge online, are separate and belong to the gateway, not to us.
What does it mean that every feature is on any plan?
That you don't pay for individual features. Every function (interactive map, payments, QR check-in, waitlist, extras, etc.) is included on any plan. The price only depends on the size of your business: the number of zones you manage. And any options you don't need can be hidden for a simpler dashboard, without losing them: switch them back on whenever you want.
Is it only for hotels?
No. It is also built for beach bars, beach clubs, licensed beach operators and homeowner communities. It adapts to a single zone or several beaches.
Do you comply with legal invoicing and Verifactu?
We record every payment and can issue its receipt or invoice. Verifactu compliance —Spain's new verifiable invoicing system from the Tax Agency— is under development and will be available in 2026, before it becomes mandatory for most businesses.
Do I need to install an app?
No. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to download and no App Store dependency. Your attendants manage and take payments from their own phone, and you can see the takings from wherever you are.
