Download your bookings and analytics in Excel, CSV, or PDF

Export your data for external analysis, reports, or backup.
Available formats

Export bookings
From the bookings list
- Go to Bookings
- Apply desired filters (date, status, zone)
- Click the "Export" button
- Select the format
- The file will download
Included data
The bookings file contains:
- Booking code
- Date and time
- Customer data (name, email, phone)
- Reserved sun loungers
- Zone
- Period (morning/afternoon/full day)
- Status
- Amount
- Payment method
- Notes
Export analytics
From the dashboard
- Go to Metrics
- Select the date range
- Click on "Export"
- Choose the format
Included data
The analytics report contains:
- Period KPIs summary
- Bookings per day
- Revenue per day
- Occupancy per zone
- Distribution by status
Export filters
Before exporting, you can filter:
By date
- Specific range (from - to)
- Presets: today, this week, this month
By status
- All bookings
- Confirmed only
- Completed only
- Cancelled only
By zone
- All zones
- A specific zone

Using exported data
In Excel
- Open the .xlsx file
- Use pivot tables for analysis
- Create custom charts
- Apply additional filters
In Google Sheets
- Upload the CSV file to Google Drive
- Open it with Google Sheets
- Use analysis functions
For accounting
- Export the month's bookings
- Filter by "Completed" status
- Import into your accounting software
Privacy and security
- Files contain customers' personal data
- Handle with care according to GDPR
- Don't share unnecessarily
- Delete old files
Limits
- Maximum 10,000 records per export
- For more data, divide by date ranges
- Very large files may take time to generate
Troubleshooting
File doesn't download
- Verify your browser allows downloads
- Disable pop-up blockers
- Try another browser
Data appears wrong in Excel
- Open Excel first
- Use "File > Open" and select the CSV
- Choose "Comma delimited" and UTF-8 encoding
Missing columns
- Verify your user permissions
- Some data requires administrator role
