Manage bookings

Learn to view, search, filter, and edit your customers' bookings

The bookings panel allows you to see all bookings, search for specific customers, and manage the day-to-day of your business.

Access bookings

  1. In the side menu, click on "Bookings"
  2. You'll see the list of all bookings

List view

Information displayed

Each booking shows:

  • Booking code: Unique identifier (e.g., RES-ABC123)
  • Customer: Name and email
  • Date: Day of the booking
  • Sun loungers: Quantity and codes
  • Status: Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled
  • Total: Booking amount

Sort results

Click on any column header to sort:

  • Date (most recent first)
  • Customer (alphabetical)
  • Status
  • Total

Search bookings

Quick search

Use the search bar to find by:

  • Customer name
  • Email
  • Booking code
  • Phone

Advanced filters

FilterOptions
StatusAll, Pending, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled
DateToday, This week, This month, Custom range
ZoneAll zones or a specific one
PeriodMorning, Afternoon, Full day
Payment methodAll, Stripe, On-site

Active filters bar

When filters are applied, an active filters bar appears below the search. Each filter is displayed as a chip that you can:

  • Remove individually: Click the "x" on each chip
  • Clear all: Use the "Clear all" button to remove all filters at once

Tip: Filters are saved in the URL, so you can share a filtered link with your team or return to the same view when navigating.

Quick filter "Today"

The "Today" button shows only today's bookings, useful for daily operations.

View booking details

Click on any booking to see:

  • Complete customer data
  • Reserved sun loungers (with map)
  • Change history
  • Payment information

Edit a booking

  1. Open the booking details
  2. Click on "Edit"
  3. You can modify:
    • Customer data (name, email, phone)
    • Internal notes
    • Date (if availability exists)

Note: Sun loungers cannot be changed once the booking is confirmed. For that, cancel and create a new one.

Quick actions

From the list you can:

  • Check-in: Mark customer arrival
  • Cancel: Void the booking
  • Resend email: Send confirmation again
  • View on map: See sun lounger locations

Export bookings

  1. Apply desired filters
  2. Click on "Export"
  3. Choose format: Excel, CSV, or PDF
  4. The file will download

Management tips

  • Review each morning the day's bookings
  • Use check-in to control arrivals
  • Add notes for special requests
  • Filter by status to see pending confirmations
