Seasonal rates
Configure different prices based on the season (high, mid, low)
Automatically adjust your prices based on the season to maximize your revenue during high demand periods and attract customers during low season.
Requirements
To use seasonal rates you need:
- Plan with payments enabled: Your plan must have the "Payment Processing" feature active
- Feature enabled: Your plan must include "Seasonal Rates"
If you don't see the option in the menu, contact support to verify your plan.
Access settings
- In the side menu, go to the Space section
- Click on Seasonal Rates
- You'll see the list of configured rates (empty initially)
Create a seasonal rate
Click New Rate and complete the form:
Basic information
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Rate identifier (e.g., "Summer High Season") |
| Description | Optional internal notes |
| Start date | First day the rate applies |
| End date | Last day the rate applies |
Adjustment type
Choose how you want to modify prices:
Multiplier
Applies a percentage to the base price:
- 1.5 = +50% (high season)
- 1.25 = +25%
- 0.8 = -20% (low season)
- 0.5 = -50%
Example: If a sun lounger costs €20 and the multiplier is 1.5, the price will be €30.
Fixed price
Completely overrides the base price:
- Fixed price: Used for full day
- Morning price: Specific price for the morning period
- Afternoon price: Specific price for the afternoon period
- Full day price: Specific price for the whole day
Note: With fixed price, the sun lounger template prices are ignored during the rate period.
Optional filters
You can limit which sun loungers the rate applies to:
- Zones: Select specific zones (empty = all zones)
- Templates: Select specific templates (empty = all templates)
Priority
If you have rates with overlapping dates, the one with higher priority wins.
Example:
- "Easter Week" (priority 10) from April 1-15
- "Spring" (priority 5) from March 1 - May 30
From April 1-15, "Easter Week" applies because it has higher priority.

How the customer sees it
In the booking widget:
- The customer selects a date
- If there's an active seasonal rate:
- They see the adjusted price (not the base)
- A label appears indicating the rate (e.g., "High Season")
- If the price increased, they may see the original price crossed out
Manage existing rates
Enable/Disable
Each rate has a toggle to enable or disable it without deleting it. Useful for:
- Preparing future rates
- Temporarily disabling without losing the configuration
Edit
Click on a rate to modify any field.
Delete
Use the delete button to permanently remove a rate.
Important considerations
Price calculation
- The rate is applied to the base price of the sun lounger template
- If the sun lounger has a custom price, that is used as the base
- Extras are not affected by seasonal rates
Existing bookings
Prices for already confirmed bookings do not change if you modify a rate. It only affects new bookings.
Multiple rates
- Only one rate is applied per booking (the one with highest priority)
- Rates do not stack with each other
Recommended strategies
By demand
| Season | Suggested multiplier |
|---|---|
| High (summer, holidays) | 1.3 - 1.5 |
| Mid (spring, autumn) | 1.0 - 1.15 |
| Low (winter) | 0.7 - 0.85 |
By day of week
You can create rates for weekends:
- "Weekend" (Sat-Sun): multiplier 1.2
- Requires creating multiple rates for each weekend
Special events
For local events (festivals, concerts):
- Create rate with specific dates
- High priority so it prevails
- Multiplier based on expected demand
