Configure prices

Prices in Reserva de Hamacas are configured in a simple way: you define the price in each sun lounger template and optionally you can customize it for individual sun loungers.

Price structure

Prices are configured at two levels:

1. Base price (in the template): Default price for all sun loungers of that type
2. Individual price (per sun lounger): Overrides the template price for specific sun loungers

Prices in sun lounger templates

Base prices are defined in each sun lounger template:

1. In the side menu, go to "Lounger Zones" → "Lounger Models"
2. Click on "Edit" on the template you want to configure
3. In the "Price per time slot" section, configure:
   • Morning: Price for the morning slot
   • Afternoon: Price for the afternoon slot
   • Full day: Price for the whole day

Important: Time slot prices will only be shown in the widget if the zone where the sun loungers are located has those booking slots configured. For example, if a zone only allows full-day bookings, only that price will be shown.

Example:

• Standard Lounger: €15 morning, €15 afternoon, €25 full day
• Balinese Bed: €30 morning, €30 afternoon, €50 full day

Individual prices per sun lounger

Although the template defines the base price, you can customize the price of each individual sun lounger. This is ideal for:

• Sun loungers in the front row of beach or pool
• Premium locations with better views
• VIP or exclusive zones
• Sun loungers with special features

How to change a sun lounger's price

1. Go to the map editor of your zone
2. Select the sun lounger by clicking on it on the map
3. The sun lounger information will appear in the bottom panel
4. Click on "Edit"
5. Modify the morning, afternoon, and/or full day prices
6. Click on "Save"

Note: If you leave the price empty or blank, the template price will be used automatically.

Practical example

Standard Lounger in Row 3

• Template price: €15
• Individual price: €15 (uses the template price)

Standard Lounger in Front Row

• Template price: €15
• Individual price: €20 (customized for better location)

Balinese Bed in VIP Zone

• Template price: €30
• Individual price: €45 (customized for exclusive zone)

Configure time slots in the zone

Available time slots (morning, afternoon, full day) are configured in each zone:

1. Go to "Lounger Zones" → "Zones" → select your zone
2. Click on "Edit" (gear icon)
3. In "Allowed Time Slots", select the slots you want to offer

Tip: The "full day" price is usually less than the sum of morning + afternoon to encourage longer bookings.
