Configure prices

Prices in Reserva de Hamacas are configured in a simple way: the price is defined in each sun lounger model. All sun loungers of a model share its price.

Price structure

The price is defined in the sun lounger model: it is the default price for all sun loungers of that type. If you want different prices depending on location (front row, VIP zone), the correct approach is to create different models, each with its own price.

Prices in sun lounger models

Base prices are defined in each sun lounger model:

1. In the side menu, go to "Lounger Zones" → "Lounger Models"
2. Click on "Edit" on the model you want to configure
3. In the "Price per time slot" section, configure:
   • Morning: Price for the morning slot
   • Afternoon: Price for the afternoon slot
   • Full day: Price for the whole day

Important: Time slot prices will only be shown in the widget if the zone where the sun loungers are located has those booking slots configured. For example, if a zone only allows full-day bookings, only that price will be shown.

Example:

• Standard Lounger: €15 morning, €15 afternoon, €25 full day
• Balinese Bed: €30 morning, €30 afternoon, €50 full day

Different prices depending on location

The price is always defined in the model, so to charge differently depending on where the sun lounger is (front row, better views, VIP or exclusive zone) the correct approach is to create different models, each with its own price, and place the sun loungers of the appropriate model at each location.

How to do it

1. Create one model per price level (for example "Standard", "Front row", and "VIP")
2. Assign each model its price in the "Price per time slot" section
3. In the map editor, place the sun loungers of each model at the appropriate location

Note: Changing a model's price updates all sun loungers of that model at once, which makes it easy to adjust prices by season.

Practical example

"Standard" model (inner rows)

• Full day: €15

"Front row" model (next to the water)

• Full day: €20

"VIP" model (exclusive zone)

• Full day: €45

Configure time slots in the zone

Available time slots (morning, afternoon, full day) are configured in each zone:

1. Go to "Lounger Zones" → "Zones" → select your zone
2. Click on "Edit" (gear icon)
3. In "Allowed Time Slots", select the slots you want to offer

Tip: The "full day" price is usually less than the sum of morning + afternoon to encourage longer bookings.
