Create your first zone
Learn to use the map editor to configure your space
Zones represent the different areas of your establishment where you offer sun loungers. You can have multiple zones (for example: "Beach Zone", "Pool Zone", "VIP Terrace").
Access the zone editor
- In the side menu, click on "Zones"
- Click the "+ New zone" button
Basic zone information
Zone name
Choose a descriptive name that your customers can easily identify.
Examples:
- Main Beach
- Pool Zone
- VIP Terrace
- Beach Bar
Description
Add an optional description with useful information:
- Location within the establishment
- Special features
- Included services
Configure the map
The map editor allows you to create a visual representation of your zone.
Option 1: Use a background image
- Click on "Upload image"
- Select an aerial photo or floor plan of your zone
- Adjust the size and position
Tip: An aerial photo or floor plan helps customers choose their preferred sun lounger.
Option 2: Create a map from scratch
If you don't have an image, you can use the blank canvas and place the sun loungers manually.
Editor tools
- Zoom: Use the mouse wheel or +/- buttons
- Move: Drag the canvas with the right mouse button
- Select: Click on a sun lounger to select it
- Move sun loungers: Drag sun loungers to reposition them
Zone configuration
Opening hours
Define when the zone is available for bookings:
- Opening time
- Closing time
- Active days of the week
Booking periods
Configure which periods you offer:
- Morning: For example, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Afternoon: For example, 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Full day: All day
Capacity
The system automatically calculates capacity based on the sun loungers you add.
Save the zone
- Review the configuration
- Click "Save zone"
- The zone will appear in your list
Zone states
- Active: Available for bookings
- Inactive: Not shown in the widget
- Under maintenance: Temporarily unavailable
