Add sun loungers

Sun loungers are organized using templates. A template defines common characteristics (price, size, color) and then you can create multiple sun loungers based on that template.

Understanding templates

Templates allow you to:

• Define types of sun loungers (standard, premium, VIP)
• Change prices for all sun loungers of the same type at once
• Maintain visual consistency on the map

Create a template

1. In the side menu, go to "Lounger Zones" → "Lounger Models"
2. Click on "+ New template"

Template configuration

• Name: Identifies the type (e.g., "Standard Lounger", "Balinese Bed")
• Category: Standard, Premium, VIP, etc.
• Color: Color that will be shown on the map
• Icon: Visual representation (lounger, umbrella, bed)
• Size: Dimensions on the map

Template prices

In the "Price per time slot" section, define the base prices:

• Morning: Price for the morning slot
• Afternoon: Price for the afternoon slot
• Full day: Price for the whole day

Note: Slot prices will only be shown in the widget if the zone has those booking slots configured.

Add sun loungers to the map

Method 1: Add one by one

1. Open the zone editor
2. Select a template in the side panel
3. Click on the map where you want to place the sun lounger
4. The sun lounger will be created with an automatic number

Customize price when placing

When placing a sun lounger on the map, you can customize its price to be different from the template:

1. Place the sun lounger on the map
2. The sun lounger information will appear in the bottom panel
3. Click on "Edit" to modify the price
4. Enter the new prices for morning, afternoon, and/or full day
5. Save the changes

Tip: This is useful for sun loungers with better locations (front row of the beach, next to the pool) that can have a premium price.

Method 2: Add multiple

1. Select a template
2. Click on "Add multiple"
3. Indicate how many sun loungers you want to create
4. Place them by dragging them to their position

Organize sun loungers

Move sun loungers

• Drag any sun lounger to change its position
• Use guides to align sun loungers

Rotate sun loungers

• Select a sun lounger
• Use the rotation control or enter the degrees

Number sun loungers

Sun loungers are automatically numbered, but you can:

• Change the number manually
• Use prefixes (A1, A2, B1, B2...)

Edit individual sun loungers

You can modify any sun lounger after placing it:

1. Select the sun lounger on the map by clicking on it
2. The sun lounger information will appear in the bottom panel
3. Click on "Edit"
4. Modify:
   • Number/Name: Sun lounger identifier
   • Prices: Morning, afternoon, and full day prices
   • Status: Active or inactive (inactive ones don't appear in the widget)

Important: Individual prices override template prices. If you leave the price empty, the template price will be used.

Delete sun loungers

1. Select the sun lounger
2. Press the Delete key or click on "Delete"
3. Confirm the action

Important: Deleting a sun lounger with future bookings will cancel those bookings.

Save changes

The editor saves automatically, but you can click "Save" to make sure.
