Configure your business

Before creating your zones and sun loungers, it's important to configure your basic business information. This data will appear in the booking widget and in emails to your customers.

Access settings

1. Log in to your control panel
2. In the side menu, under the Settings section, click on "Settings"
3. Select the "My Business" tab
4. You'll be on the "Business" sub-tab where you can edit the main details

Basic information

Business name

The name your customers will see in the booking widget and in communications.

Logo

Upload your establishment's logo. Recommendations:

• Format: PNG or JPG
• Minimum size: 200x200 pixels
• Transparent background (optional but recommended)

Contact information

• Contact email: For customer inquiries
• Phone: Customer service number (optional)
• Address: Location of your establishment

Regional settings

Regional settings are found in a separate sub-tab: Settings → My Business → Regional.

Timezone

Select your timezone so that booking times are correct.

Currency

Choose the currency you charge in (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.).

Default language

The main language of the booking widget.

Widget customization

Widget visual customization is done from a different section: in the side menu, go to Widget → Configure.

Colors

Customize the widget colors to match your brand:

• Primary color: For buttons and highlighted elements
• Secondary color: For background elements

Custom texts

Modify the texts for:

• Welcome message
• Booking conditions
• Cancellation policy

Save changes

1. Review all the information entered
2. Click "Save changes"
3. Changes will be applied immediately
