How does the PMS integration work?
We connect via API with Mews, Cloudbeds and Oracle Opera. When a guest books a sunbed, the charge is automatically added to their room account. We do the initial setup together with you.
Can guests and external customers book?
Yes. You can set up exclusive zones for guests (with room charge) and others open to externals (with online payment). You can also have differentiated pricing.
What if a guest doesn't know how to use technology?
Reception can always make the reservation for them in 10 seconds from the panel. The system complements, it doesn't eliminate personal attention.
How long does implementation take?
Basic setup in 48-72h. PMS integration can take 1-2 weeks depending on the system. We accompany you throughout the process.
What happens with sunbeds that are not booked online?
You can keep a percentage for walk-ins or reception reservations. You decide how many sunbeds to put online and how many to manage manually.
